  1. Hello, I couldn’t find another way to contact you. You left a comment in my blog about the bread’s cooking time. thanks for asking the questions because otherwise, I wouldn’t have known there was an error in the recipe. This is the note I added to clarify: “The 45 minutes of cooking time start right when you put the bread in the oven. The bread goes into the oven, in a baking dish, covered with foil. Then, you turn on the oven, set it to 400 degrees and cook the bread for 40 minutes. After those 40 minutes have passed, uncovered the bread, and bake for another 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown. “

    • Yes! Thank you for finding me and letting me know. 🙂 I just baked it, actually, and it turned out perfectly! I started the clock just as it hit 400 degrees. Is there not a way for you to reply to individual comments on your blog?
